Last updated: August 2026
Urda Bouw values your privacy. This statement explains which personal data we process when you visit our website or contact us, why we do so and what rights you have.
Who we are
Urda Bouw, located at 's-Gravenzandseweg 21F, 2291 PE Wateringen, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 97703982), is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement. You can reach us at info@urdabouw.nl or +31 6 47 83 15 90.
What data we process
When you request a quote or contact us through the website, we process the details you fill in yourself: your name, phone number, email address, the type of project and your description of the project.
We use this data solely to respond to your request, schedule an appointment and prepare a quote. We do not use your data for marketing and never sell it to third parties.
How long we keep data
We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose for which you provided it. If your request leads to a project, we keep the data required for it as long as the law (such as tax retention obligations) requires.
Who we share data with
To send email from the quote form we use SendGrid (part of Twilio). SendGrid processes your data only on our behalf, as a processor.
The contact page contains an embedded Google Maps map. When it loads, Google may process data (such as your IP address) and place cookies; Google's privacy policy applies to this.
Statistics without cookies
To understand how our website is used, we use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service. Umami places no cookies and collects no data that could identify you personally; we only see anonymised visitor statistics.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To do so, email info@urdabouw.nl; we respond within one working day.
Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may update this privacy statement, for example when the website or legislation changes. The current version can always be found on this page.
